The Railroad Station, New London, Connecticut, was built in 1887 and is interesting not only as the traffic center of New London, but as an interesting example of its period architecture. The footbridge, seen above the oncoming diesel in this photograph, allows continual access to New London's harbor and docks. New London is conveniently located halfway between Boston and New York.
