Potato harvest time on Prince Edward Island brings with it a seasonal surge in CN traffic. Near Wellington, Prince Edward Island, a pair of G.E. 70-tonners and train of reefers filled with local produce is headed for the Borden ferry crossing, October 12, 1968. Lead unit No. 30 was built in 1950 and retired in 1984 at the time CN was abandoning rail operations on the Island; it is preserved at the Canadian Railway Museum, St. Constant, Quebec.
