November 20, 1911: Waterville and Oakland Street Railway Company acquires the assets, properties, and franchises of Waterville and Fairfield Railway and Light Company. Waterville and Oakland Street Railway Company is renamed Waterville, Fairfield and Oakland Railway Company.
