Concord Railroad Corporation incorporates by special act of the State of New Hampshire.

Manchester and Keene Railroad is sold under forclosure for benefit of mortgage bondholders and conveyed after validity of sale had been adjudicated on May 14, 1884 to Boston and Lowell Rail Road Corporation and Concord Railroad Corporation , to whose interest the purchaser, Samuel W. Hale, evidently acted.
