Message on Reverse: "This happened last Monday. September 27, about 1/4 mile from hear [sic]. Engine on the wrong track and tipped over, no one hurt for they all jumped just in time. Passengers somewhat freightened , glad you was [sic] not there. You came on the same track. You can see Monadnock Mountain back of the trees. When the engine tipped the cars was [sic] on a bridge, good thing they didn't tip. John is sending this to you."
