Maine Central Railroad Train RY-2 with four locomotives hauling nearly 100 cars through the gateway in Crawford Notch in New Hampshire's White Mountains. The Mountain Sub-Division which operates from Portland, Maine to St. Johnsbury, Vermont is an important Maine Central Freight Route, moving traffic to and from the West and South.
