When Grandpa was a boy, hundreds of trolleys like No. 316 used to criss-cross the Bronx in New York City. Carefully restored to original condition by Ronald Parente, it glides over the Museum's operating railway where more than 40 electric railway cars, 'from horse car to streamliner' are on display. Cool, shady picnicking facilities available. Conveniently located near The Green in East Haven (Connecticut Turnpike Exit 51).
