Ipswich and Essex Junction, Essex Street, East Hamilton, Massachusetts
Hamilton is a post-township of Essex County, Massachusetts, on the Portland Division of the Boston & Maine Railroad, 23 miles northeast of Boston. It has three churches, good schools, and a public library in the Town Hall. The Methodist campmeeting ground, known as Asbury Grove, is a fine summer resort. The Myopia Hunt Club and Golf grounds attract many visitors. Population 1749.
