Bridgton & Saco River Railroad

In 1912 the Maine Central took control of the Bridgton & Saco River. To modernize operations, Number 7, a 33.3 ton 2-4-4 tank locomotive was bought from Baldwin. Number 7, seen here popping off in the Junction yards, and 37.5 ton Number 8, bought in 1924 from Baldwin, are now popular attractions on the Edaville Railway Museum at South Carver, Massachusetts.
