Branford Trolley Museum, East Haven, Connecticut

Single-truck open car #34 was built in 1899 (Jackson & Sharp) for Lynchburg (Virginia) Electric Railway & Light Co. It operated there until 1929, then ran in Wildwood (New Jersey) thru 1943. In 1946 it became the first trolley acquired by the museum. Present restoration was completed 1978; project director Thomas M. Shade. Schedule of Trolley Operation: Open 11 AM - 5 PM: July and August - daily; June, September, October - Saturday and Sunday; April, May, November - Sunday.
