The sole survivor of the so-called Stone & Webster standard car, is No. 434, built in 1914 for the Dallas Railway & Terminal Company of Dallas, Texas, by the American Car Company of St. Louis, Missouri. Operated regularly in foul-weather service at the Seashore Trolley Museum, it was one of hundreds of the type built for the far-flung traction properties of Stone & Webster throughout the United States.
